A renowned Chinese composer. Graduated from the Central Conservatory of Music in 1979. Holds the title of National First-Class Composer and enjoys special subsidies from the State Council. Held various significant positions, including Vice Chairman of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, Secretary of the Party Committee of the China Musicians Association, Vice President of the China National Opera and Dance Drama Theater, and Dean of the College of Music and Recording at the Communication University of China.
