HONGKONG INTERNATIONAL MUSICIAN ASSOCIATION has been focusing on creating academically rigorous international music events to international standards.

Since 2013, the International Vocal Open Competition, held annually in various countries and regions, has conducted preliminary rounds in nearly 200 countries and regions globally, including China, the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, Romania, Austria, Malaysia, Singapore, Italy, and Hong Kong, China.

It has attracted participants from over twenty of the world’s most prestigious music schools, including the Juilliard School in the United States, the Royal Academy of Music in the UK, the Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory in Russia, the Central Conservatory of Music, Shanghai Conservatory of Music, and China Conservatory of Music, among others. The competition has seen a cumulative total of nearly one million participants, reaching over a hundred million people worldwide.

The competition has firmly established itself as a highly influential, valuable, and promising vocal competition in the international music community, opening another gateway to the world of art for global musical talents.

To maintain a high level of international, professionalism, and authority, the organizing committee of the International Vocal Open Competition has invited more than 40 renowned singers, educators, composers, conductors, and authoritative figures from the music industry from over 20 different countries and regions, including Germany, Italy, Russia, China, the UK, the United States, South Korea, and Romania, to form the panel of competition judges.
