Mike Ludwick is an American educator, entertainer, and entrepreneur who has been living in China since 2007.

Near West Music brings together top US music production teams for projects in mainland China, and facilitates cooperation between Chinese artists. Through Near West, Mike has coordinated projects with the 16-time Grammy award-winning producer David Foster, the dynamic US pop music production team Mr. Fantastic, and A-list Chinese artists Jason Zhang and Summer (Ji Ke Junyi), as well as producing the team Anthems for 2 China Super league football teams and composing popular CCTV-4 television theme song.

Near West Drama is the Global Partner of the International Schools Theatre Association and is committed to developing the capacity and reach of drama programs throughout mainland China. Mike is a trained drama educator with many years of experience at top international schools.

Mike is a pop singer/songwriter, actor and TV personality who has appeared on dozens of programs, including the Beijing Television “International Spring Festival Gala,” CCTV’s New Year Gala Talent Show.
