Dr. Alexandru Farcas. Currently, she successfully combines solo career and the university teaching.<br \/>She has won numerous awards at national and international competitions, the most important of them are: First Prize at &#8220;Gheorghe Dima&#8221; National Vocal Competition, Cluj-Napoca 1991; First Prize at &#8220;Nicolae Bretan&#8221; International Vocal Competition 1993; Finalist Diploma at &#8220;Francisco Vi\u00f1as&#8221; International Vocal Competition, Barcelona (Spain) 1993; First Prize at &#8220;Boris Christoff&#8221; International Vocal Competition, Bulgaria 1996; The Big Award at &#8220;Hariclea Darclee&#8221; International Vocal Competition, Romania 1997; Second Prize at &#8220;M. Canals&#8221; International Vocal Competition, Barcelona (Spain) 2000. In 2004 she was awarded by the romanian presidency with the &#8220;Cultural Performing Arts&#8221; medal.<br \/>The soprano Ramona Eremia Coman had over 500 opera and operetta performances both in Romania and abroad, with professional ensembles: Romanian Opera in Cluj, Iasi, Timisoara, Craiova, Galati, Constanta, Bucharest (Romania), Teatro Manzoni in Rome (Italy), Teatro Verdi in Florence (Italy), Teatro Municipal in Sao Paolo (Brazil) etc. Between 1991 and 2000, Ramona Eremia Coman had over 200 vocal-symphonic concerts both in Romania and abroad, music and poetry recitals, contemporary music concerts. She made several prints on CD with the &#8220;George Enescu&#8221; Philharmonic Orchestra in Bucharest, with the conductor Cristian Mandeal and with the pianist Stefan Ronai at Transylvania Philharmonic Orchestra in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.<br \/>Ramona Eremia Coman\u2019s soprano repertoire is very impressive and includes both challenging roles in operas, and large scale vocal-symphonic pieces.
