著名聲樂教育家、中國音樂學院声歌系教授。中国声乐家协会副主席、中國民族聲樂學會理事、中國國際聲樂藝術研究會副主席、文化部文藝團體資格技術考評歷屆評委、教育部表演藝術類專業教學指導委員會專家。擔任中央音樂學院、西安音樂學院、解放軍藝術學院等多所藝術院校的兼職、客座教授。中央电视台全国青年歌手电视大奖赛评委、中国音协金钟奖和文化部文华奖声乐比赛评委。邹文琴教授以中国传统音乐文化为基础，发展创新民族声乐教学理论，提出自然的歌唱作为教学理念，经过五十多年的艺术实践积累与总结，形成了一套因材施教且教之有效的声乐教学理论与方法，为国家培养了梦鸽、韩红、吴碧霞、龚琳娜、雷佳、吴静、陈燕妮、阿•其木格（蒙古族）、马文娥（撒拉族）、格桑曲珍（藏族）、高淑琴（彝族）等众多声乐艺术家和基层声乐骨干。

music culture, Professor Zou Wenqin has developed and innovated national vocal music teaching theories, and proposed natural
singing as a teaching concept. After more than 50 years of artistic practice, she has formed a set of effective vocal teaching theories and
method. She has trained many famous vocal artists and grassroots vocal backbones,including Meng Ge, Han Hong, Wu Bixia, Gong
Linna, Lei Jia, Wu Jing, Chen Yanni, Ah Qimuge (Mongolian), Ma Wen’e (Sala), Gesang Quzhen (Tibetan), Gao Shuqin ( Yi nationality).
